The player is awakened from a strange dream by Amata, after which point the character generation begins. This mod starts a New Game player off at the beginning of the Escape! quest, skipping the entire beginning sequence from birth to just after the GOAT Exam. Then activate "QuickStart.esp" in the Data Files section of your favorite Fallout 3 launcher, and start the game. To install this mod, simply extract the archive to your "\Fallout 3\Data" folder.
In fact it is pointless to use otherwise.
